West End 2012 Business Briefings
On Thursday 26 April New West End Company and Heart of London Business Alliance held a further 2012 Business Briefing for West End Businesses. The briefing included the latest information on the Olympic Torch Relay, 2012 brand usage guidelines, and freight and deliveries. A panel of experts were also available to answer member's questions.

On Thursday 28 July, New West End Company and Heart of London Business Alliance hosted a 2012 'Look and Feel' Business Briefing for West End businesses at The Ritz London.
Daniel Ritterband, Director of Marketing & 2012 Communications, Office of the Mayor of London, presented sample images and schematics of how the West End will be dressed during summer 2012, and discussed how businesses can take part in the look programme.

On 13th July 2011, New West End Company and Heart of London Business Alliance hosted the '2012 Games - Ready or Not' Conference at the Royal Society of Medicine to ensure businesses in London’s West End are prepared for the 2012 Olympic and Paralympics Games. Over 200 West End businesses attended the conference and took part in workshops covering deliveries and freight movement plans, travel advice, security and contingency planning and in-store customer service.
