Car: New West End Company is providing complimentary car parking to residents in the local area affected by the event. Spaces are limited and will be offered on a first come first serve basis. To request tickets contact Sally Humphreys 0207 462 0683. If you are coming to the event by car there are a number of car parks available across the West End with special parking offers. Visit www.westminster.gov.uk/Carparks. There is no Congestion Charge at the weekends.
Taxi: Usual taxi pick-up points in the surrounding streets (not affected by the road closure) will operate as normal.
Foot: The main tube stations on Oxford Street and Regent Street may experience higher volumes of passengers; they may be advised to walk from/to one of the peripheral stations i.e. Leicester Square, Marble Arch, Holborn, Covent Garden or Green Park.
Bike: There is extensive on-street cycle parking available at the event.
West End Red Caps: Look out for the Red Caps who are on hand to give advice to visitors on public amenities and services.
