Black Friday: New West End Company on London Live

This year, we predicted that £150 million would be spent over the Black Friday weekend in London’s West End.

Our forecast was picked up by numerous media including Evening Standard, City AM, BBC Radio 4 and BBC Radio London.

On Black Friday itself, our Head of Insight Kyle Monk talked to London Live about the retail trends including ‘experiential’ retail, shopping early and what customers can expect in London’s West End.
