West End

The West End delivers what visitors expect, workers want and businesses need. It is a cultural, commercial and economic powerhouse, offering something special to everyone.

Anchored by Oxford Street, Bond Street and Regent Street, the district is home to some of the most recognisable brands and organisations in the UK and abroad. It is also the smart choice for global investors, creating significant commercial opportunities to the businesses that are based here.

Oxford Street

Oxford Street is fondly known as “the nation’s high street” – and for good reason. Thanks to its unmatched variety of shops, restaurants and cultural venues, it plays a vital economic and cultural role both in London and across the UK. The street is undergoing an exciting period of transformation, with the Mayor’s plans to transform its public realm through the Oxford Street Development Corporation.

Mayfair and Bond Street

Dating back to the 17th century, Bond Street has been synonymous with art, fashion, shopping, glamour, and style. Few other streets in London boast the architecture on show across Old and New Bond Street: the British home of luxury shopping. The area is globally renowned for its wealth of luxury brands and world-class galleries, an mix of heritage labels and trailblazing fashion houses.

Regent Street

Regent Street is one of the world’s most recognisable retail destinations. It is home to flagship stores for leading international brands including Tory Burch, Burberry, Coach, Kate Spade and Marc Jacobs. Its distinctive Grade II listed façades represent some of the capital’s most notable architecture, while a year-round programme of events and experiences draws visitors from across the UK and around the world.
