Our board, chaired by Paul Williams, oversees the strategy and delivery of our business plan to ensure a better future for West End businesses.

New West End Company is committed, where possible, to meeting the corporate governance principles set out in the UK Corporate Governance Code. In addition to the Strategic Board, we have six governance and sub-groups, which are chaired by our board members, to advise and scrutinise our business strategy, plans and budgets.

The Board is made up of a range of senior executives in retail, property and place management across our district. The current Board members are:
