SCAN Training for Customer Facing Staff
Join an interactive training session this August for staff who have face to face contact with customers, the public and site users. The training will cover suspicious activity, the importance of vigilance, the power of hello and how to report your concerns. There are 8 sessions remaining. Spaces are limited so we are acting on a first come, first serve basis.
All sessions start at 1pm and last around 90 minutes:
