Attracting customers and increasing spend

A programme of world-class events and campaigns across the district further positions the West End & Mayfair as the retail, gourmet and cultural heartland of the capital, promotes our vision for a new West End and encourages people from around the world to visit us again and again.

Highlights include the Regent Street traffic-free events and Christmas campaigns and illuminations that decorate Bond, Oxford and Regent Street every year. Last year 3 million visitors attended these events, generating £1.5 million in sponsorship income.

Our ‘By Appointment’ initiative, a bespoke service providing curated experiences across the West End, resulted in £2.4 million direct spend into member businesses.
